  • THBS have two service options: Flat hourly rate and monthly packages. With monthly options, additional add-on services are available based on your needs

    With hourly, we bill at $50/hr and is suitable for clients that need short term service.

    Starting at $350, packaged options are offered on a per-month basis and is best for those that require ongoing service.

  • We use QuickBooks Online for accounting and Pitbull Tax for tax resolution solutions.

  • Financial information is sensitive. During our work together, we need documents like receipts and bank statements. To protect your data, please upload these documents to QBO's secure shared drive. If you choose to email them, ensure they are encrypted both when sent and received.

  • We can and we've been doing it for years! Other than listening to our clients, we offer flexible hourly and monthly options that cater to everyone.

  • Yes, all work are done in-house and not outsourced to other agencies. To deliver comprehensive solutions, THBS partners with other professionals that provides other related business solutions (i.e. tax planning, insurance, etc)

  • By communicating on a timely manner with clients for request for documents and clarification on unclear items. We use this information to ensure transactions are accurate and accounted for. Additionally, we inspect financial statements to identify anything out of the ordinary.
